Chubbsafes 3.5" Strongroom Doors are specially designed to meet the demands for a high security installation. Constructed to resist against modern cutting tools such as high speed drills, force and fire.
 
KEY FEATURES: 
• Door - Solid door slab with a protective thickness of
89mm (31/2" ) forms the basis of the door which has an overall thickness of 226mm. Filled with a specially formulated F80 barrier material reinforced with steel fibers provides resistant to high speed drilling, oxy-acetylene cuttings and jack attacks.
• Boltwork - Secured by a 7 active front bolts, 2 active top bolts, 2 active bottom bolts and 7 passive back bolts. Each bolt has a diameter of 50mm.
• Locking - Secured with a single 3-wheel Keyless Combination Lock capable of 1,000,000 change codes and a 8-lever double bitted Key Lock as standard. Both Locks operated independently of each other.
• Relocker - Glass Relockers protect both the Keyless Combination Lock and Key Lock in the door. Any forced attempts to dislodge the locks would activate both relockers. This restricts the movement of the internal boltwork system. Relockers are further protected by Chubbsafes patented Torch and Drill Resistant (TDR) material.
• Frame - The "wrapped around the wall" door frame is fabricated from steel sections, bent to form a single structure. Vestibule side frames at full height of the door are attached to the frame and grip the inside of the wall. This design provides stronger resistance against attacks
to the door.
• Emergency Ventilator - An emergency ventilator is integrated into the door frame to provide fresh air,allowtwowayconversationandtosupply food or water to anyone trapped in the strongroom.
• Lighting Control - A relay micro switch is fitted to the door to control the electric lighting in the room and to ensure that when the door is closed, all lighting within the room is switched off.
• Alarm Micro Switch - A relay micro switch is fitted to the door for possible connection to the main intruder alarm system as an additional protection.

Options:
• Grille Gate - An Optional Grille Gate can be fitted to the door for ventilation during the day or as control when the door is open. The Grille Gate is secured by two high security 5-lever Mortice Deadlocks.
• Finish - The door comes standard with a painted grey primer finish with an option for a stainless steel cladded finish.
• Locks - A Dial Check Lock and Blinder Shield can be fitted as an option to the combination lock. Two or three movement Timelocks or electronic combination lock are also available. A 4-wheel Keyless Combination Lock can be fitted to replace the 3-wheel Keyless Combination Lock as an option.
• Protective Material - Instead of the Chubbsafes F80 barrier material, the burglary resistance of the door can be further enhanced by replacing it with the Chubbsafes FXP260 specially formulated barrier material.
